    We are aware of a partial outage on the Dallas Shared/Reseller hosting.

    Working on this right now. Only some people are being affected.

    Everything should be back up and running now. If your website is not back up, please let me know, as there is something else at play.

    ==================================================================================

    We were affected by a very large DDoS attack this morning that appears to have targeted only one website we host. The server itself was not affected by the attack, only the .20 IP address, and anybody with a website on that address. We generally spread websites over multiple IP addresses to avoid everybody on the server from being down, and of course we utilize DDoS protection on all our servers. Unfortunately, the DDoS attack was above and beyond what could be effectively mitigated by the datacenter, and the IP address was null routed.

    Again, the server itself was up, not affected, and users on the same server with other IP addresses were not affected. This means that things like email, etc., were not affected. Websites were the only things that were affected.
