    Hey there! Are you using any sort of CDN? Cloudflare, Incapsula S3 etc? Have you verified all the IP's/Name Servers are updated?

    Hi Joshua,

    There have been a decent amount of resource issues (RAM) on your site over the past few days. That could definitely cause that error (and others).

    If you are pulling content on your site from other websites, and it takes too long for the other site to respond., it can also be related to that.

    It is very likely the first one though.

    Go through all your plugins. Are you also using the WP Cloudflare plugin?

    Have you gone through your plugins and removed any that you don't need?
    Since this is a recent issue (If I understand correctly) then I would suggest checking what changed. How long has this been going on?

    A 503 error is definitely resource usage.

    From your cPanel:

    Your cPanel is showing that the physical memory (RAM) is the issue. In the last 4 hours, there were 24 faults, in which the physical memory was exceeded, and around 50 over the last 24 hours.

    It probably would. I bumped your RAM up to run some tests @Joshua Johnson ...please let me know if it happens again. That should get your site running again for now.

    Definitely a memory issue. There have been no faults since I raised that.

    Now you just need to determine what exactly is causing the memory usage. As @Konstantin said, it is very likely a plugin.

    It's not getting a ton of traffic, but it's hard to say. I'll have to monitor it a little better. Most likely a plugin.

    i do think its a plugin i'm trying to run tests on them to see witch one is causing the high ram usage

    No need! Start by disabling plugins you are unsure of. Give it about 12-24 hours for the system graphs to display any changes.

    The graphs on our system will actually change darn near immediately. You should see in a matter of seconds to minutes. :D
